Pumpkin Smoothie

My husband and I had a Pumpkin Smoothie at our club a few days ago. I thought I would try
making one. It turned out delicious. I am going to have it in the morning instead of my
fruit smoothie. Here's the recipe:
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flax seed
1 tsp chia seeds
(I found this sweet enough but you can add a little honey or Coconut Sugar or Stevia for
a sweetener).
1 Large (12 oz) glass of ice.
Mix in blender
