Hey all! I've just joined a few days ago and have a question - when is the best time to do a weigh-in? I know that you're typically lighter in the mornings before consuming your food for the day, but is this the best time to get the proper weight?

I think the morning is best, because it's the most consistent. That is, if you weigh after lunch, your weight will be somewhat dependent on what you ate for lunch.
The most important thing is to do it at the same time of day each day, and on the same scale. You're really looking for a change in the number and not an absolute figure. So if your scale over-weighs or under-weighs, it doesn't matter, you'll still see a change.0 -
