My BMR is 1675 howmany calories to lose weight?

I calculated my BMR and it is 1675...including activity level of sedentary equals to 2010.

I would like your help on how many calories i should consume to lose weight as im quite new to all of this.

    Generally the good way to do it is this.


    TDEE = 1675 * 1.2 = 2010

    From here I prefer the 20% rule

    Calorie needs = 2010 * .8 = 1608


    The questions comes down to, do you exercise? If so, your TDEE multiplier is greater.

    that ultimately depends on how much body fat you have. I.E. how much weight you are looking to lose. The less you have to lose, the smaller your deficit from TDEE should be. Normally, with clients I advise anything below 30% for a woman should be above your BMR, and for a man anything below 19% should also be above BMR (basically if you are not technically considered obese you should be eating above your BMR).
