Eating enough calories

I have trouble eating enough calories during the day. I've been trying to eat healthier and I just get full before I fulfill my calorie intake. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm usually under all of my other requirements for the day; does anyone know of some healthy foods to eat that will help fill up the calories? I feel like being too far under my calorie intake won't let me drop this extra weight. I usually eat about 1000 calories per day, and myfitnesspal says that I should be eating around 1780 per day.

  • I sometimes struggle to reach my goal too, I eat a lot of veggies and fruits which tend to be low on the calorie scale. On days like that I try to add nuts, I find they are satisfying and higher calorie but high in protein too. And usually a small amount does the trick, just watch out for ones with too much salt! Hope this helps!

avocados! they are calorie dense and very healthy that should bump you up by 200 if you only eat one per day
also nuts of all kinds dont fill up much space in your stomach but they are high in calories
