Why is it?

It seems as though the more I exercise, the less I'm hungry? It's a very strange phenomenon... anybody else experience this?

    Exercise can depress the appetite temporarily. Then again, a lot of people are hungrier overall when they exercise. I've experienced both -- being more hungry and being less.
