I'm here trying to get this right! I'm sick of all the lazy days. I joined this site on the 6th of January but didn't take advantage of how helpful this site really is. Today I'm a daily user, tracking my food & exercise on here is the best! I have also been working w/a personal trainer twice a wk, this being the 4th wk of that commitment & that is going excellent! I've lost 5lbs in 3wks & so so motivated, dedicated & excited about the life transformation I'm more than happy to welcome.
