They declared bankruptcy in January actually. They're petitioning the courts to let them liquidate now.

Also...the least of my concern is Twinkies not being around....cuz I have just always chosen to NOT eat them if I didn't want them...

It's horribly upsetting that all those people are losing their jobs but I'm PISSED that the ONLY staple to my extremely picky toddler's diet will be no more.
