New Years Resolutions - NOW!

Rather than making a resolution after the new year to drop the extra pounds you gained over the holidays, why not attack the holidays head-on? Make your new years resolution now!

"I intend to be 10 pounds leaner and lighter after the holidays."

To do this, I'm incorporating some of the prevention principles from the 4-Hour Body into my routine. I'm also integrating kettlebell swings into my workouts.

The holidays are right around the corner. Don't be a victim! Who's with me? What's your plan?

I had the same thought. I spent a few months last year getting ready to make my resolutions count, and I'm doing the same now.still working them out - I'll share when they're done - but NOW is definitely the perfect time to be thinking about them.
  • I have no plans of gaining weight this holiday season. My goal is to drop down to at least 195 lbs by New Year's. That's 14 lbs and should be totally doable. The plan is to not stray from my exercise routine (having hubby and the kids home tends to throw off my game) and to have chewing gum with me at my mom's house on Christmas Eve. She's always late with dinner and of course has about a zillion bakery cookies and holidays chocolates set out on the coffee table. F those cookies.

Here's to not using the holidays as an excuse to gain weight! :drinker:
