Okay MFP, for all the MMA fans out there. GSP or Condit this weekend?

As a Montrealer my guy is GSP!

    GSP should win but it will be a great fight. I think the Spider defeats GSP easily and Jones defeats the Spider easily. There's too much size difference between each match-up with the same athleticism .......

    Superfight?

    Silva should win. His size > GSPs and if GSP is going to add another 5-7lbs to his physique then he's going at a disadvantage.

    That card would be stacked though. Probably the only card I'll actually pay for.

    If Condit runs from GSP like he did with Diaz he might pull the decision. GSP needs to come in ready to finish the fight.

    The question, IMHO, is how much ring rust does GSP have? If he doesn't have any, or is able to get back to normal after the first round, I see him winning it. Otherwise, I think Condit takes it. Either way, it *should* be a great fight - can't wait to see the roof get blown off the arena when Georges makes his entrance - and especially if he wins. I don't see GSP finishing Condit, although I can see Condit catching GSP.

    As far as Silva goes, I'm in the minority, I believe. I have no interest in seeing him fight unless he's going to defend his MW title. No question, a fight against GSP or Jones would be good/great, it's just that I really dislike champions putting off challengers to fight what are - essentially - meaningless fights.

    I don't think will work very well against GSP. GSP is twice as fast on his feet as Diaz and will take him down repeatedly. I think if Condit turns it into an ugly crazy slug-fest he could have a much better chance of winning. I don't think he can win trying to play it safe or technical.

    This one is a close one but I have to give the edge to GSP but will no be surprised if Condit pulls out a win.

    As far as a super fight with GSP and Silva---still GSP. I know Silva record but I still think GSP would win; not by knockout but GSP has done some great things ---still can't forget that boxing clinic he put on against Koscheck (I may have spelled his name wrong)

    I think Silva would put a much worse clinic on GPS . I'm a big GSP fan but Silva is not a good fight for him.

    NOOOO!!! People have handed Silva some good hits, I could be wrong but I though Chael was doing pretty good against him until he tried to do that stupid spinning kick. I think people under estimate GSP---MMA is very mental and he (GSP) is a smart figher---or maybe I'm biased because that man is freakin hot. Either way, I still think GSP---although I would rather see him fight Nick Diaz

    GSP is well rounded, strong, and is more strategic than most fighters. It is important to stick to the game plan.

    GSP should handle Condit. Until someone proves otherwise, I cannot pick against Silva. He is on another level. Yes, Sonnen controlled most of their first fight, but he did no real damage.
