Looking for lemon protein mug cake recipe?

Anyone have a mug cake recipe that has protein powder and is either a lemon poppyseed (ideally) or just lemon cake?
I love lemon poppyseed muffins and don't see why this would be an impossible combo. Sounds so good. I'm not a huge fan of the chocolate protein mug cakes.

Okay, I like experimenting.
I just tried:
1 scoop (6 tablespoons) vanilla whey powder
1 egg (a Born3 egg gave it a nice clear yellow color)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Stirred with a fork, microwaved for 1.5 minutes.
This whey powder was sweetened with stevia, so I didn't need any extra sweetening. If you are using plain whey powder, I'd add in half a smidgen of stevia, and maybe 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla. (I have a tiny measuring spoon set that includes a smidgen, http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/smidgen .)
And...

Looks interesting, might have to give that a try.0

Oh, I found a recipe on pinterest that you may want to try.
You need 2 cake mixes. One any flavor of your choice, which would be lemon and the other MUST be angel food cake.
Mix together and store in a ziploc bag or container.
Anytime you crave cake, mix 3 tablespoons of cake mix with 2 tablespoons of water.
Microwave for 1 minute and you can eat your cake!0 -
