Hi there; I recently read that Spirulina and Chlorella (types of algae) have the perfect balance of nutrients in them, and count as servings of vegetables. So, I bought a bottle of green-food capsules, and I feel super! The capsules have the algae in them, plus seaweed, wheatgrass, broccoli powder, and a whole bunch of other good stuff, plus matcha green tea. I have tons of energy now (finally!).
I only wish my husband would eat them, too, as he is a junk food junkie. *sigh*
Just wanted to share... :-)

Ahhhh... so you are getting an extra boost of iodine too... I take Kelp for the iodine due to hypothyroidism. Happy to hear it is working for you.0
