Hmmmm, cottage cheese and bacon aren't going to help your sodium.
I'd go for fish - grilled salmon or tiaplia with veg. Then some sort of nuts and ice cream or greek yoghurt for dessert.0 -

Baked fish Florentine with some nice broccoli & cheese sauce, a bit of rice/potat and desert Pretty well going to be my dinner - I have 698.
650 is a good bit for a nice home cooked meal.0 -
great ideas - I always forget about fish
awesome help guys0 -
Spinach as salad or just raw on side, Maybe another vege, fish is a good, maybe some quinoa
You can have a vege, quinoa and fish with a spinach and banana smoothie for desert0 -
Stir-fried chickpeas, asparagus and barley with tahini sauce. It's filling, tasty, sodium 381, protein 16, calories/serving 546. The sodium could be lowered if you cook your own chickpeas. I used canned ones.0
