I have 650 calories left for the day...need something low in sodium and high in protein to finish off the day.

What would you eat??

    Hmmmm, cottage cheese and bacon aren't going to help your sodium.

    I'd go for fish - grilled salmon or tiaplia with veg. Then some sort of nuts and ice cream or greek yoghurt for dessert.

    Baked fish Florentine with some nice broccoli & cheese sauce, a bit of rice/potat and desert :) Pretty well going to be my dinner - I have 698.

    650 is a good bit for a nice home cooked meal.

    Spinach as salad or just raw on side, Maybe another vege, fish is a good, maybe some quinoa

    You can have a vege, quinoa and fish with a spinach and banana smoothie for desert :D

    Stir-fried chickpeas, asparagus and barley with tahini sauce. It's filling, tasty, sodium 381, protein 16, calories/serving 546. The sodium could be lowered if you cook your own chickpeas. I used canned ones.
