Calorie question

So recently my friend got a classic egg, sausage, and cheddar breakfast sandwich from Starbucks. He doesn't like eggs so he gave me the puffed scrambled egg patty. I would like to know if anyone has an idea how many calories are in the egg patty alone. There was no cheese or anything else on it. Thanks!

Since starbucks is a chain/franchise, I am willing to bet that their nutrition information is available online.
  • Unfortunately they only show the calories for the whole sandwich, not the individual egg patty

It's probably no more than one egg which would be 70 calories.

As Mokey says, one egg has 70 calories. However, Starbucks lists the ingredients of the egg patty as: whole eggs, whey, skim milk, soybean oil, modified food starch, and less than 2% of some other stuff. I'd say about 100 calories.
  • Alight thanks guys, really helped me out!
