    There is this lady, Diane, who has had 7 kids and she went from 300lbs + to a very fit and trim 140ish. Have your friend check out her blog/website at www.fittothefinish.com It is truly amazing, she inspires me so much!

    that's weird. the first post only had one picture showing up but when I made this post they both showed up....strange.
