longer day=more calories?

I am assuming that MFP calculates your goal calories according to a day where youre awake for 16 hours and asleep for 8 hours. If that assumption is correct, does that mean if I am up and out and about for longer than 16 hours, I get more calories?
I get 1570 calories a day. Today I worked one job from 7am (up at 530am) to 230pm, and I work my other job from 6pm-2am (hoping to be asleep by 3am). That means I have a 21-22 hour day. I feel like having the energy for that with 1600 calories will be impossible, so is it reasonable for me to up it by a few hundred? Or do I need to hold steady and suck it up for one day?
p.s. one job is teaching...on my feet for about half of the day, and the other is in a bakery where I am on my feet and moving the whole time

it calculates based on the stats you entered - including the lifestyle (active vs. sedentary etc.)
adjust that so it fits your lifestyle and then don't eat anything extra
or set it to the lowest and eat more according to your activity.0 -
I have it set to what I do typically...today isnt typical. Days like these only happen about once a month so I don't want to change all of my settings just to change them back tomorrow.0

I would say NOT. Just carry on the same as normal.0

Well your body is still digesting for 24 hours, so if you feel like you've done more than your settings allow, and you're hungry, then eat.0

If you're being more active today than you have set your activity level to, then I would personally eat a little bit more but it really wouldn't be much regardless. Listen to your body and base it off of your activity. It's not going to earn you an extra meal or anything.
If it was a desk job, then you wouldn't eat anything additional.0 -
Think of it this way: It's not rocket science, it's biology. You won't "ruin" anything if you go over or under for a few days.0

Being a bit more active for 1 day doesn't warrant more food for me. So no, don't change anything.0

Maybe, but if you try to micromanage everything, before you know it you'll be logging your black pepper intake.0

I'd say if you're feeling weak and tired go ahead and eat more. As others have said, it won't make any noticeable impact to have one different day. Take really good care of yourself, because that's a really long work day!0
