Hello Everyone, I just stumbled upon the website this past week. I will be 6 weeks pp on Monday and have just decided to start counting calories to get back into shape. My newest sweetie is our 4th boy!! I gained about 35 lbs with this pregnancy - not too much. I have always been pretty thin and have been a runner for years, which I maintained throughout my last 3 pregnancies (not my first pregnancy though) - I just "run" much slower I have about 5 pounds (7 pounds is my ideal), not much I know, but I thought this website would be a good tool to help get those last stubborn 5-7. I breastfeed and my goal is to lose a pound a week. I want to be healthy and feel my best - and fit into my jeans I have celiac disease as well as hypothyroidism that I take Armour Thyroid and Synthroid for. I wish you all well in your weight loss goals, but most importantly I wish you health and wellness
