Hi, I've been with MFP for a month plus and really loving it. Ive been able to manage my calorie intake and started seeing changes. Still far from my target but with MFP and my regular exercise, I know I will get there. I've lost 13lbs and still losing because Ive made it a life style to eat and stay healthy. I will appretiate friends and motivators to share experiences and motivate one another. Im a mother of three and I want to look the way I feel (young at heart ;)...).
