That isn't much time. I suggest eating clean the next two weeks and investing in a good pair of spanks and a push-up bra. Wrap dresses are usually most figure flattering.

In 2 weeks? That's not a lot of time.

No alcohol, low sugar, lots of water

About all you will safely lose is about 4 lbs. That would be 2 lbs per week... and is a bit aggressive. If you have not been on a weight loss regimen maybe you can lose just a bit more... water weight. That being said, what you want is to look your best. The flattering dress styles and girdle ideas are your best bet. Some heavy lifting may actually help you as well.. Heavy cardio may help some as well. I do encourage you that if you really feel you are a little overweight, to continue into a lifestyle change. This can be the impetus for a more long lasting and healthier life.
  • Not much time. Fast weight loss = 50 g & below carb intake.

    Thanks for the replies :)

I am already doing a diet and have started working out a while back.
I was just wondering if there was something I could do that would help out a littlebit extra :0)

When I prepare for a vacation, I like to debloat and lose a couple so I feel good (usually in a bikini  ) and can eat what I want. Here is my regimen, and it is only for 14 days so it can't hurt.

Eat clean, non processed lean meats, eggs, veggies. No sugar (or little). Very little cheese and dairy (I keep it to a cup of plain yogurt a day w/ some blueberries thrown in) Keep carbs lower - under 75 grams or so. Drink nothing but water and tea. No artificial sweeteners (as they tend to bloat) and keep away from some of the more fiberous veggies, like broccoli. Do regular (your normal) exercises and don't try starting a new routine or anything crazy. You will look and feel the best you can in 14 days.

    Diet is good.
Why don't you do the 30 shred? I've seen pics of great results after this program.
