I haven't been eating particularly well the past few weeks...er, months....so don't look at that part. Go back to April and May...those months were better (I think).

And I've been under a lot of stress at work and I don't have 5+ hours every day to cook food and some other excuses.

You're starving yourself by not eating 1200 cals a day. A man requires minimum 1500 cals/day. It doesn't matter that you haven't logged dinner because all that matters is YOU'RE IN STARVATION MODE NAO. YOUR METABOLISM IS DYING. EAT AN APPLE TO SAVE YOURSELF.

I am really full with 1300 cals but if I am really hungry I will eat more!

No I could care less about that! I was just saying in general when you have the certain amount of cals for the day you make them fit for you! I was talking about the type of food I ate! Again these are just opinions!

Odd. People usually ask me how the butter fits into my breakfast. The MCT oil is blended with the coffee (along with the butter). I used to have 4-8 scrambled eggs with it, but when the chickens stopped laying in the fall, I stopped...and then never really got back into the habit. Too bad because I usually end up with too many calories to eat at the end of the day (even though I recently dialed my goal back 500 calories)

I'm kind of wondering why you asked what we think of your food diary. Are you asking for help with food choices? Did you want some affirmation that it was okay (or not okay, as the case might be?) I'm not quite sure what you were looking for here, so it's hard to come up with a helpful response. If you want suggestions, I think you should aim for a bit more fruits and veggies and a little less candy, but that's just my personal opinion. I'm willing to help with food choices and preparation ideas if that's what you want.
