BODPOD Body Comp test

I found out that the university 30 mins away does BODPOD testing, so I booked an appointment for next Monday Feb 8 to get tested. I've only been using my OMRON tester to check my body fat, which is a good tool to see if your headed in the right direction week to week, but not that accurate for the actual body fat number (same as the scales with body fat function).

Apparently this is suppose to also tell me my resting metabolic rate and daily caloric requirements based on that info.

I'll report back with my results. :)

    A TON of universities have the bod pod on their campus. All 5 of the colleges around me have one and they offer it's use for a pretty reasonable price. Only $35 bucks!

    Not that many around here, and it cost me $58 w/ tax CND. I only plan on doing every 3-4 months anyhow.
