Alone all weekend...what am I going to eat?

I'm going to be alone this weekend. In the past, I've always gone for fast food and it takes care of the problem. But I don't do fast food anymore.
I don't want to have to cook and waste a bunch of food. And I'm trying to avoid frozen meals.
Any ideas as to what I can make or buy (for lunch/dinner) that is single serving?
So far all I can think of is soup..,.

Eggs! Very versatile. Omelet at breakfast, boil some eggs and use them for egg salad sandwich or topping on a salad.
A small bag of spinach or other salad greens is enough for a few salads. Try topping them with things you might not normally think of like walnuts and strawberries! I use salsa instead of salad dressing to give it a low calorie boost of flavor.
Cereal isn't much fun but it can be a good meal anytime of day.
Most food freezes well, so if you make a lot of something you could freeze the leftovers in small containers and then Bam! you have frozen dinners ready to bring to work or for next time you are alone. :O)0
