All,
I have lost 80 lb over the past 18 months but have been stuck for the past 3 months or so. My trainer recommended using the site to check my calorie counts and to help me monitor things. Done for a couple weeks now but struggling to understand it all and adjust. I would like to lose 10 more lbs. I work out 6 days a week and burn 600 to 900 calaries most days on my workouts. When I plugged in my weight and said I wanted to get down 10 by losing 1 lb a week it has me at aroudn 1350 calories a day. Trying to adjust becuase by 4 each day I only have a couple hundred left. I get I can add part of my workout calories and still have a deficiet but how can I tell for more than a day. When I finish each day it says if you eat like this you would weigh x. But does the plan take what you entered for the week and tell you anything? Open to suggestions to using the application and looking forward to getting the weight loss kickstarted again...even with the holidays upon us.

You should be NETTING your daily calorie goal. So if you work out on a given day and burn 400 calories, you ideally should eat ~1750 calories (1750 - 400 = 1350). That's what I've had the most success with!0

Depends on the activity level you set.
I reckon you need to log exercise and eat most of it back
With only 10 pounds to lose I hear most people say to try for only 1/2 lb per week
and expect it to take quite a while, the last 10 is said to be the hardest,
I am looking forward to this being my problem0
