Hi all - New to MFP and loving it so far

Hello - I'm a 53 YO female, who has lost several pounds and regained them, over and over again. Really want this to be the time I don't rebound. I love how easy it is to log my food and exercise here on MFP. That is a big help to keeping myself on track. Now I need to find some of you who can help inspire me to continue and to increase my efforts! And I'll be here to do the same. Would love to know what your favorite recipes or meals are, how you exercise, especially with the busy lifestyles we all lead.

    Feel Free to add me. I am an old country boy gone to the city. I have been here about three months and have logged in all but 4 days when I went on vacation. Come on and join the crowd.

    Hi, my name is Kimberlee, 49. I love mfp because I can keep track of all my food intake and calories burned. Having a group of friends can really help along this journey. I have been overweight my whole life and finally put my foot down 14 mos. ago and started this journey and I found this site last December and have been on here everyday,except for several wks. ago when I was in the hospital for major abdominal surgery to repair multiple hernias. I know that you can do this! Please feel free to add me for support and encouragement.
