Revelation!

I had a revelation today...when I started getting back on track 2 Weeks ago I thought about food all the time and I ate all the time. If I was bored I ate, if I was sad I ate, if I was frustrated I ate, ect. And the foods were horrible! As I sat eating dinner tonight I realized that I no longer felt consumed by the thought of food but had only ate when I was really hungry. It has paid off too...the hubby is eating right too and as of today he is 7 pounds lighter and I am 5 pounds lighter =D!!!!! *30 second dance party!!!!* I know we have a long way to go but it's a great start!

    I've been at this for almost 4 months now and food is still always on my mind. Congrats!

    My first couple months on this journey, all I could think of was food. I now try to eat small meals 4 times a day. It has really helped me. That is an awesome revelation. Feel free to add me for support and encouragement.

    I've only been doing this for a few weeks and food is always on mind. I always have a bottle of water with me, so when I think about food I take a BIG swig :)

    It is a learning process each day. And those days we have that "EUREKA" moment we then know we are on our way!!! Add me if you like I log everyday and my diary is open :smile:
