Hi, I am a 5'2'' woman and need to loose more than 100Lbs by next summer. I needs to see that it is possible. Any before/After pics of 5'2''-5'3'' women who lost more than 100 lbs? Please! I need some encouragement here! Thanks!

5 foot 1/2" inch here....down 189 pounds in 19 months...no surgeries. It can be done! Just don't focus on how much but rather "let's do this TODAY, and then tomorrow, the same thought." Pics in profile. If I can do it, about anybody can!0

I have seen it done and I believe that I can do it. Personally, I'm going through chemo right now and I'm trying to make sure that does not slow me down!! Just staying motivated.0 -

It can take a long time, and you'll find some weeks you don't lose at all, or even gain! ugh... but don't EVER give up. Keep trucking along, you will get there!0 -

I'm 5' 3.5", and while I haven't lost 100 lbs yet, I've lost 70 lbs. in the past six months. If I can stick with it, I will hit 100 lbs before the year is up.
