Great website to help keep track of my calorie intake

I always weighed around the 80kg mark from 20yrs till I was about 34yrs old then became lazier, ate more junk food (loved everything on white bread, even meat pies) and ballooned out to 110kg. I had a heart issue since birth (heart murmur) and was told I would need open heart surgery at 40yrs. Also my doctor told me I was on my way to becoming a diabetic due to my love of chocolate. I decided to start watching what I ate and exercised a little bit. I became obsessed with calorie counting, I counted sugar(due to potential diabetes) carbs, protein, sodium and any other thing that was found in food. With an average daily intake of 1600 calories, chopping and changing from low carb to low fat to low sugar etc my weight went from 110kg to my lowest weight of 66kg. Though I was never critised for being fat I was for being too skinny so now I am around the 72kg mark and I wish to get to 80kg and at least 10% bodyfat. I can easily put on weight but I want quality so as it took me a while to lose the weight I will be setting my goal of 1 year to watch my nutrition and train a bit harder to get there as I am still not a fan of training everday but I will do it.
