So in my neck of the woods the weather has been TERRIBLE. We haven't been able to get out and about and it just threw everyone's schedules off. So if you were like me, and turned into a grizzly bear, take heart. I fell hard. I wasn't nearly as active as I should have been and believe me, I ate enough to last me an Alaskan winter. BUT I am back on the wagon, which is all you can do whenever you fail.

    I would suggest that you try the jillian 30 day shed..it i a awsome work out..and belive me she is a butt kicker..I also am in cold snowy weather and I find this very effective..but I cannot wait for the warm weather so i can get out and walk..
