Hi, I am 51 and just quit smoking about 6 months ago, I have now gained way to much weight. The whole reason I quit smoking was to get healthier but I seemed to have gone the other way. So my resolve is to lose weight and get more active. I would like to retire and be healthy enough to wall the hills of Ireland one day.

HUGE congrats on stopping smoking. If you can do that, you can do the weight thing...NO PROBLEM!! Same thing...one day at a time!!0

gaining some weight is much better than keeping on smoking, so you have made a healthy choice, now go all the way and be as healthy as you can be. ohh yeh!0
