Every time I put info - the same info - into a calorie calculator, I get a different amount - Mayo clinic tells me 1650 to maintain (so 1150 to lose), Scooby tells me 2058 to maintain &1497 to lose , calorie king tells me 1800 to maintain (so 1300 to lose) - can anyone help me figure this out?? Thanks

I got a ki / body media fit. I find that my TDEE varies massively day to day depending on how stressed or busy I am. Finding it a great tool... Everyone is different and I don't think you will get an accurate number off the net. I think it is all trial and error to find your sweet spot. I'd definitely recommend the ki or body media fit (same thing, different names, in different countries) at 83lbs down I've found its the best method for me. It actually make me realise I need to eat a little more.
