Jillian Michaels workout rec?

I did 30ds in August with some muscle gain, almost no weight loss. I started Ri30 3 weeks ago (did week 1 for 2 weeks just to get in the swing of things) and started tracking calories and am losing about 1.8 lbs/wk so afr though I expect that to start slowing down.

I'd like to have a good push through this holiday season so can you recommend what JM video I should try next? Or should I just cycle through 30ds and Ri30? I would like to keep the weight loss going b/c while I'm building muscle you can't see it through all the fluff :wink:

    i have had no weight loss with the dvd's either only inches. i do both of those as well just to keep myself exercising... i have heard to rotate NMTZ and BFBM dvd's and you will get good results. I myself haven't bought them and tried it as the workouts are too long for me and i never have that time during the week..
