Food Selection

To all... I need some help from the folks that have been doing this a lot longer than I have. I went to a nutritionalist and she told me to cut calories, keep my cab intake to 175 grams a day and when I do get food to look at the labels. I am supposed to take the calories per serving and divide it by the total fat calories per serving, if the fat calories will go into the calories 3 times and it has at least 2 grams of dietary fiber, that food is good to go. Do any of you know any foods with those parameters?
