Protein powder scoop

I have Body Fortress - Super Advanced Whey Protein - Strawberry and it says for 1 scoop it is 38 grams and 140 cals.I was wondering how much should it all weigh if I wanted half a serving, including the scoop. So should it weigh 19 grams including the scoop? And when it says the serving size, does that always include the scoop?

My advice is to put the scoop on the scale, then zero the scale. If you then fill up the scoop you can see what it weighs and if it matches the nutritional information. Im guessing the weight would not include the scoop, but I havent checked.

1 scoop = 38g, means without the spoon ...

If you want to have half a serving, weigh the powder without the spoon (reset your scale, as already said here) and divide into two.
