The Best Salad Ever!

I have been making this salad over the last year and a half and I still love it. It is Pretty darn healthy and super delicious. The secret to making a boring salad awesome is Frank's Hot Sauce, or wing sauce. It sounds weird but it is amazing.

Mixed Greens (2 Cups or so)
Deli Turkey breast or griled chicken (2 oz or so)
Green peppers fresh diced
Roma Tomato diced
Some Natural Ranch (1-2 Table spoon) (I use natural, look at the ingredients on normal ranch... disgusting)
Frank's Hot Sauce (1 Table spoon, it doesn't take much)
12-24 Almonds (I increase the almonds if I need some more calories because they are high in healthy fats)

That's it! Trust me that this salad will blow your socks off. I could eat it every day for lunch. I usually enjoy it with a piece of fruit like pomegranate or an orange to get some carbs. Since my breakfast and dinner usually contain a decent amount of carbs, its nice to have a lower carb meal for lunch. Tell me what you think!
