I do not understand the net calorie output ??

    from my understanding.. it's taking into consideration how much calories you burn off to sustain what your daily intake of calories should be. so depenedent upon what your daily cal goal is, it takes that number + your exercising calories and - from the amounto of calories you have literally intake to get the net amount and that amount should = your net calorie

    What i do is, i just plug everything in and make sure i try to use up all my calories for the day in order to be successful at lossing weight.
