Dubbell Thrusters + Pullups

I love this workout!
The way I've been doing this involves several rounds of palms-in barbell thrusters (squat plus press) directly into pullups.
I start off light on the thrusters to warm up, and drop the reps as weight is added.
After I fail with 5+ reps at a heavy weight, I start dropping back down, so it's kinda a ladder, but with a long peak. Like one of those adjustable ladders
I'm currently doing this:
Warmup Stretching
20 Air Squats
max-3 wide Pullups
10 Thrusters with 10lb barbells
max-3 neutral grip Pullups
10 Thrusters with 20lb barbells
max-3 Chins
10 Thrusters with 30lb barbells
max-3 wide Pullups
max Thrusters with 30lb barbells
max-3 neutral grip Pullups
(repeat last cycle until max Thrusters <5)
max Thrusters with 20lb barbells
max-4 Chins
(repeat last cycle until max Thrusters <5)
I take as much of a break between each round as I feel is needed to perform best. Once I'm going for max thrusters, this can be as long as 3 mins. The workout takes me about half an hour.
It's a decent way to gain strength, mass, and build endurance.
