I notice that my sodium intake directly affects my weight when I weigh the next day. I usually weigh more when I've had too much sodium the day before. I wasn't really loosing for a while and my friend told me to watch my sodium and then I starting loosing again. Try tracking all the your sodium my problem was I wasn't tracking all of it because I figured that it didn't have an effect since it doesn't have any calories.0

I'm pretty sure it does effect your weight. I know if I eat something salty before sleep or a nap my face is well....... looks bloated.0

Yes it does affect your weight loss, because the more sodium in your diet, the more water your body holds, according to the government, and this doesn't matter whether you are male or female, if your age is under 51, you should limit your sodium to 2300 a day, once you turn 51, you should limit it to 1500.0
