Loose Skin

Hello all,
First, I know that this subject has been discussed before, but I am hoping that there are people with new ideas, opinions, or thoughts.
I have worked very hard to obtain low body fat. I have very obvious definition, but it doesn’t completely show up naturally. For example, I have a very pronounced ‘washboard’ stomach which I can feel, but it doesn’t show up unless the skin is manually stretched. When the skin is more taught, it is as obvious as a model, but otherwise there is loose which sags near the bottom (somewhat).
I lift heavy and try and keep my skin moisturized but there seems to be little change. I do understand that loose skin is normal, but I guess I tend to wonder if my age isn’t hindering the skin tightening back up.
Can anyone offer some wisdom?
