Hi collingmummy, I'm starting Ripped in 30 properly tomorrow, though I've already done one work out and eaten some of the meals as part of getting used to it.

I'm starting at Level 1. I did a work out on Friday and I still ache today! (Sunday).

Are you doing the meals as well? How do you find RI30 compared to 30DS? More or less intense?

Hi! In comparison, u use alot more weight. And i like it better then 30ds. I don't do the meal plans. To costly. I substitute alot of stiff with turkey any way! Lol

Hi there! I'm doing Ripped in 30 along with Killer Buns and Thighs. I sort of alternate, depending on the time I have available and the energy I have. I did 30 DS over the summer and I am finding i like Ripped in 30 better. I am having trouble losing weight/inches but I just stated up again a little over a week ago and am hoping this time around I'll see improvements.

I am moving on to week 2 today, as I can finally do week 1 without having to pause/stop (it took me about a week and a half to progress, but I am also not doing it every day). I'm a little nervous about week 2 - it looks hard!

I'm looking for "work out buddies" so I'd love to have someone to help motivate!

I've just finished week 2 .... Starting week 3 tomorrow - I'm a title but nervous (actually very excited) as I've heard it's tough. I'm loving it so far

I completed Ripped in 30 in July. I lost 4.3 pounds and 9.8 inches :) It was rough and I didn't enjoy the workouts as much as I did 30DS, but it does give results!!

Ok.. Cool that i finally found a bunch of ppl that are doing the same a me! ! I so far hate level 2, all them planks suck! And i can't figure out how to do the "crow pushups" i can't get the movement down .. I keep telling myself that "it's level 2, it's not getting any easier, may as well perfect it. " y'all keep in touch and good luck to y'all

I've been on level 2 for a couple days now and those crow push ups KILL me. I just can't them down. I'm doing them on my knees for the moment while I try to figure out the movements. I really enjoy the plank jacks. Funny, because I hate most "plank" moves - I certainly HATE mountain climbers, but plank jacks are just.. . . fun. lol I can't believe I said that.

Some of the cardio in Level 2 is harder for me because things like mountain climbers and the jumping in and outs (I don't remember what she calls them) are really difficult for me to maintain.

What size weights are the rest of you using? I started Level 1 with 3 lbs and moved up to 5 lbs. When I started Level 2 I went back to 3 lbs while I got the hang of it and am doing 5 lbs again EXCEPT for the sumo squats w/ triceps dips (by round 2 I can't use the 5 lbs anymore) and also for the lunges with serving biceps (I can get 1 round with 5 lbs and the second round I drop to 3 lbs again).

I probably need to take measurements because I am getting discouraged at the lack of movement on the scale but I know that inches are more important than the scale anyway. :)
