    This is a very encouraging post - ive always flicked weight wise between 14-18 and kinda figured thats as good as il get....(at times i kidded myself regards the 14 thing!)

    Ignorantly I didnt think/kidded myself it wasnt possible for an 18 to be that smal...thank you for correcting me and giving me a reason to prove myself wrong!
