Vegies

Weight Watchers and several other diet plans don't count calories in vegies. How important is it to count them here?

    Weight watchers and other plans allow you less calories for a day to account for the fact you'll be having lots of veggies. I log them because I follow MFP and don't think picking and choosing various parts I like best of multiple plans works well. You'll get lots of different answers though from people here.

    Other plans also don't count fruit - you should definitely count it though - a few 100 calorie bananas a day really adds up.
