After I had dinner with my boyfriend and his daughter, she said she liked the chicken. So later I gchatted her the website and told her to find recipes she wanted to make. "I can eat anything on that website," I told her. "What? You are STILL on that diet?" she replied. Her dad said, "She has lost A LOT of weight! She is doing great."

Awww. That made me feel great that he notices.

Losing weight with diet and exercise is the fountain of youth....when i was down about 40-50 lbs i was told i looked 14 years younger and, "it looked like a younger picture of you {me} when you walked up to my door" said my neighbor....keep it up.....
