This sounds good - are they sweet enough though? Thinking I might add some sweetener or some cinnamon.

*edit - was also thinking, you could buy the chocolate oats (not much difference in calories from normal oats) and use them as well - chocolate banana cookies!

just tried these. I used a speciality vanilla porridge, and I'm in the UK so cooked for 15 minutes at 180C

they were a bit soggy in the middle and might have needed a few more minutes - but lovely
