Hi, I'm new to the site. Looking for some weight loss support. Here's a bit about me. I'm a single mom of a one year old and gained way too much during pregnancy. I have been trying for months to loss the weight but keep hitting walls such as sickness and injury. Recently I have unmotivated and too tired after work to exercise but I'm not using that as an excuse anymore.
Tomorrow I plan on getting up early and doing a 30 min workout and then planning my meals for the week. After work I will do another 30 min workout.
If anyone is starting or has already done or is in the process of doing the Jillian Michaels body revolution program. Feel free to add me as that is the program I'm starting.
