2 mile walk

Does anyone else do the Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk video? If anyone does do you know how many calories it burns?

I do it sometimes..I'm not sure exactly how many calories it burns because I dont have a heart rate monitor, but I add it to my exercise log as "walking at mod. pace". If you type "walk" into the search box for cardio exercises it will come up. 30 mins for me comes up as 107 cals burnt. Its just an estimate...I usually hold 3 lb. weights while i do it so it is probably slightly higher. Hope this helps.
