I tend not to go below 1250 on lazy days and about 1400 on my more active days. My goal was to go back to the weight on my DL of 95 pounds. However I'm starting to rethink that. I don't want to be skinny fat. I want to be fit and get muscle... so who knows how much that will weigh? As long as I look good!

I'm at maintenance now so I eat about 1590 a day. But when I was losing I was at 1200 a day and lost a pound about every 10 days. At the end when I was focusing on toning/adding muscle I went up to 1340 and gained about 2 lbs.

*My goal weight was 105. Right now I fluctuate between 103 and 108 lbs.

I'm 5'1 and started at 240lbs. I'm down to 220lbs and I'm currently losing 2-2.5lbs per week. Hope that helps!

Daily intake is about 1240 which I tend to be under. I basically had to eat a second dinner tonight because I was so far under my calories. So far I've lost about 20 pounds and my initial goal weight is 150. I know my "healthy" BMI weight is between 97 and 125 but I don't know if I would have to lose muscle to reach that weight so I'll see what it's like after this set.

I'm eating around 1210/day. my far-off goal is 115. I am @ 137 from 147 in July. The weight is coming off slowly, but it's moving, so I'm ok with it right now. I might up my cals after I talk w/ a nutrition coach tonight.

daily goal with a 250 calorie deficit is 1358. But, that doesn't mean it's the same for you. We all metabolize differently.. just because we're the same height, we are different weights and burn calories at different rates.
