Looking for a simple, GF flat bread recipe

I've Googled my fingers to the bone, and hit up all of my fave recipe sites, and I cannot for the LIFE of me find a decent, GF,simple flat bread recipe. I am living overseas, and do not have access to Whole foods (or any specialty store of the liking) so anything I have to use what would be considered 'specialty food items' (ie, xanthan gum) is out. I do have quinoa almond, and coconut flour :)
