structured plans?

Hi,

I'm looking for a good structured weight loss plan. I know it needs to be a lifestyle and diets dont work but I need more structure than "eat less move more". has anyone here followed specific plans that helped them? any recs are appreciated <3

    I started with the No S Diet and still roughly follow it. There's a book you can buy, but it's very simple and if you google it you'll find the whole plan. I think it's a good one to start with, but maybe you were looking for meal plans, etc?

    The answer to your question is very easy......................"eat less move more".........................that is straight to the point..
  • I've used Slimming World very effectively for first two months (2 stone loss) now use it as a basis for my eating rather than sticking to it completely. It's very flexible though
