roast beef
cheddar cheese
lettuce

I'm quite happy to fit a subway into part of my 'healthy' diet.
But 'healthy' depends on an awful lot on what your body needs - so, despite what many on here think, I'd say there is no straight answer.
Subway does have nutrition information listed both on their website and in store.
For the sub listed, you'd be talking a little under 400 calories, going from the UK site anyway (which popped up as I started typing into my address bar as I've looked at it before) 286 or something for the sub, 40 for the cheese and 56 for the mayo.
I normally skip the sauce and ask for 'just a little bit' of sweet ontion sauce, which is listed at about 2/3rds of the mayo
If they were the same price, I'd go for a subway club personally - 24 calories extra, but you get beef, turkey and ham.0
