    Wow...there's an awful lot of kindness, prayer and support on this site. It's great! How nice to know that we're all in this together...we may have very different reasons for wanting to lose weight, but ultimately, it's for our health...and that's a gift for ourselves and the people who love us!

    I'm very new to this site, too, but from what I gather, there are plenty of great attitudes and "weight-loss cheerleaders" to motivate, coach, guide, and, when necessary, commiserate with everyone here.

    Thanks for the upbeat spirit and encouragement!
