I hate it when my pancreas acts up. I just have a couple spoonfuls of sugar and that thing snaps right back into place.

You're esophagus is connected to your pancreas? Interesting.

Well...I have to assume that the water caused the abdominal cramp (if the belly button is 12 Oclock, then it cramps at about 2 Oclock as you look down). If I did not ingest water, I do not have cramp. I then ingest water, and have cramp. But what is it from? What causes it, and what can I do to get enough water without taking too much to get the cramp?

Coorelation does not equal causation. You slowed your pace to drink water... you experienced a cramp immediately after. That does not mean one is a direct cause to the other.

you know...you are hot when you talk like this....hit me up sometime......

Just don't drink until you're finished. You'll be fine running for an hour without water.

FYI...just a spoonful helps the medicine go down. Two might bight too much.

The proper term is taking the Browns to the Super Bowl. (For those of you who don't know...The Cleveland Browns play American football)

Sounds like a stitch, to me. A stitch can be caused by a number of things. Given that it seems to be associated with drinking (for you), it's likely a bubble (as in gas). You're probably gulping a lot of air when you drink whilst exercising. (It's only natural. You're trying to drink while breathing heavily, after all.) Try allowing yourself to cool down enough to let your breathing slow a bit before drinking, so that you gulp less air.
